THE ROLE
Care to Beauty is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service across multiple channels. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer experience who is eager to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
Specifically, we expect you to:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and social media.
- Process order modifications, cancellations, refunds, and other customer requests.
- Manage delivery issues with logistics partners such as CTT, DHL, and others.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.
- Provide timely feedback to the Team Manager regarding customer trends and issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Nice to have:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (12th grade).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Brownie Points:
- Experience in e-commerce or the beauty industry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with customer service software.
